These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 92pjr ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 92pjr platform in any capacity — including visiting the 92pjr login page, placing any wager, or making a deposit — you unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the 92pjr platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of any such amendments. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or bonus conditions published separately on 92pjr.

Access to 92pjr is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity and not as a business entity.

Age verification is mandatory. 92pjr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and all deposits returned where practicable in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 92pjr. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — are strictly prohibited. 92pjr reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void all associated wagers, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during account registration and to update your account details promptly should any information change. 92pjr is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account details provided by you, including but not limited to incorrect JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet numbers, which may result in failed withdrawals that cannot be reversed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pjr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 92pjr support immediately.

• Do not share your 92pjr login password with anyone, including 92pjr support staff (who will never ask for your password).
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or app.
• Enable two-factor authentication via SMS for additional account protection.
• Log out of your 92pjr account on shared or public devices after every session.

92pjr operates under a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. We may require you to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time — particularly prior to processing withdrawals above designated thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.

92pjr supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and debit card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply and are communicated within the cashier section of the platform.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited instantly to your 92pjr balance upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed within one to five business days subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and the absence of any pending bonus wagering requirements on the account. 92pjr reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud prevention systems. Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent technically possible.

All bonuses and promotions offered by 92pjr are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may not be available in all regions or to all account types.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire unused are forfeited.
• 92pjr reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting low house-edge games to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.

All games available on 92pjr — including slots, live dealer casino tables, cricket and sports betting markets, crash games, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software or live verified dealing, as applicable. Game outcomes are not influenced by 92pjr and are determined solely by the underlying certified game engine or live event result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92pjr platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Collusion with other players, including in live poker or live dealer game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the 92pjr platform or its underlying systems.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at 92pjr staff or other players via any support channel.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 92pjr's server records shall be the definitive record of the game state at the time of disconnection. 92pjr is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a technical fault occurs on the platform's side, affected game rounds may be voided and stakes returned at 92pjr's discretion.

92pjr is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity. • Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings.
• Loss Limits: Loss limits restrict the amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum gaming session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of time spent gaming during a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 92pjr for a minimum period of six months. Contact support to activate self-exclusion.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by 92pjr is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using 92pjr, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

92pjr employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions to and from the platform. Your personal and financial data is stored on secured servers and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law or by these Terms.

All content on the 92pjr platform — including but not limited to the 92pjr brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 92pjr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 92pjr content without express written permission.
• You may not frame or mirror the 92pjr website on any other site without prior written authorisation.
• The 92pjr name and logo may not be used in any manner that implies sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without explicit written consent from 92pjr.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pjr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond our control, unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain login security, or losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds that result from data feed errors subsequently corrected.

92pjr's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92pjr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• You are under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 92pjr.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 92pjr support. Account closure requests are typically processed within three to five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in a closed account — subject to the absence of outstanding bonus wagering requirements and completed KYC — will be returned to your registered payment method.

92pjr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 92pjr platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pjr is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 92pjr's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Before commencing any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact 92pjr support in good faith and allow a minimum of fourteen (14) calendar days for the matter to be resolved through the internal complaints process. 92pjr will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a final resolution within fourteen (14) business days.
